The condominium market in Hua Hin still has growth potential due to the city's charm and readiness in all aspects, as well as being part of the tourism development area along the western coast under the 'Thailand Riviera' project, aimed at elevating seaside tourism to a global level, covering Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, and Ranong provinces. This includes government mega projects such as high-speed trains, dual-track railways, airports, and expressway extensions, along with plans to develop transportation networks. Currently, there are plans to expand the airport to accommodate tourists from around the world, and collaboration with the Phoenix Group to develop Hua Hin Airport into an international airport, with direct flights from Phuket starting in July 2022, and resuming routes from Chiang Mai and Kuala Lumpur. For road travel, the Rama II Road is being expanded to 14 lanes, with 8 lanes already completed, and an elevated expressway parallel to the Nakhon Pathom and Cha-am motorways is expected to be completed by 2025. For rail travel, there are ongoing plans for dual-track and high-speed rail development that will reduce travel time from Bangkok to Hua Hin to approximately one hour.

Moreover, there are positive signals regarding tourism and purchasing power both domestically and internationally. The domestic hotel and tourism market in Hua Hin has received strong support from government campaigns during the COVID-19 pandemic. In the residential market, sales of resort homes are gradually recovering, while the international tourism market is also bouncing back, with demand from European customers, particularly from Russia, looking for retirement homes.

Regarding marketing plans, Ms. Prawpood stated, "We are targeting families, from newlyweds to large families, as well as expatriates looking to retire in Thailand at an affordable price, averaging around 132,000 baht/square meter. According to research from Knight Frank, the average selling price of sea view condos is trending upward compared to non-sea view units. Currently, non-sea view units average 70,700 baht/square meter, while sea view units average 141,670 baht/square meter. Over the past five years, non-sea view residential units have been priced below 100,000 baht/square meter, while luxury beachfront properties are priced around 130,000 baht/square meter or higher, and super rare items facing the sea directly average over 275,000 baht/square meter. Therefore, we believe the selling price of VEHHA is highly competitive given its location."
"Initially, we have started marketing internationally and are beginning to raise awareness in Thailand through various offline and online channels, with a target market ratio of 20:80 for international and domestic markets, which has received a positive response from our target audience. We expect to achieve approximately 50% sales from this project by the end of 2022," Ms. Prawpood stated.
The VEHHA project is a luxury condominium in a rare area of Hua Hin, consisting of one 31-story building with a total of 364 units, covering an area of 5-1-9.5 rai, valued at 2.29 billion baht. It is developed under the concept of 'Happiness Happens' with a contemporary architectural design inspired by the Vana Nava Water Park, incorporating green spaces that evoke a forest atmosphere while maintaining privacy with a distinctive Single Corridor floor plan that offers panoramic sea views from every room and the Vana Nava Water Park. The interior design emphasizes the use of wood with warm tones, creating a spacious and comfortable environment with ceiling heights of approximately 2.7 meters in typical units and around 6.10 meters in duplex units. There are seven types of fully furnished units available, including 1 Bedroom (28-30 sq.m.), 1 Bedroom Plus (42-46 sq.m.), 1 Bedroom Plus Corner (44-45 sq.m.), 2 Bedroom (56-109 sq.m.), 2 Bedroom Jacuzzi (103 sq.m.), Penthouse (148-153 sq.m.), and Penthouse Duplex (101-349 sq.m.), all equipped with extensive amenities including Family Zone, Relax Zone, and Retreat Zone, totaling nearly 2 rai (2,647 sq.m.) of common area, along with exclusive access to the Vana Nava Water Park for five years and superior hotel services, including the 'Prow Privilege' program.
