Britania Public Company Limited or BRI is gearing up for a significant push in Q3, preparing to launch 4 new residential projects with a total project value of 4.55 billion baht to meet consumer demand. This comes after an assessment that the market trend in the second half of the year will become more vibrant, supported by positive factors from the overall economy that is gradually recovering following the reopening of the country, the easing of the COVID-19 situation, and the preparation to declare it an endemic disease, all of which positively impact consumer confidence in purchasing real estate.

Ms. Suphalak Janpitak, Chief Executive Officer of Britania Public Company Limited or BRI, revealed that the trend for low-rise housing in the second half of the year is expected to become more active due to positive factors from the domestic economy that is starting to recover after fully reopening. The COVID-19 pandemic is easing, and the announcement of its transition to an endemic status, along with the permission for entertainment venues in several provinces to reopen, are all factors that enhance consumer confidence in making real estate purchases.

The company is therefore ready to move forward with the launch of new projects as previously announced. In Q3/2022, it plans to introduce 4 new low-rise residential projects under the brands “Grand Britania” and “Britania,” with a total project value of 4.55 billion baht, compared to the 2 projects launched in the first half of the year, to meet consumer demand and drive operational results in line with this year's targets.

The 4 new low-rise residential projects include:
1) Grand Britania Kukot Station - Developed as single-family and twin houses, with 186 units priced from 6.79 to 10.30 million baht, project value 1.4 billion baht.
2) Britania Ring Road - Pinklao - Developed as twin houses, with 106 units priced from 5 to 7 million baht, project value 550 million baht.
3) Britania Home Bangna Km.17 - Developed as single-family and twin houses, with 228 units priced from 4.99 to 8.99 million baht, project value 1.5 billion baht.
4) Britania Town Bangna Km.17 - Developed as twin houses and townhomes, with 352 units priced from 2.99 to 4.99 million baht, project value 1.1 billion baht.

All 4 new low-rise housing projects will be gradually opened for pre-sale and are located in high-potential areas near train lines or industrial estates, which are significant job sources. The company has adopted a Human-Centric approach in its design and service development, continuously studying the evolving basic needs of living in the current era, such as designing spaces to accommodate working from home and trends in clean energy, to create homes that align with residents' lifestyles.

“We believe that the demand for housing in the second half of the year will improve if no new adverse factors arise. As economic activities and consumer confidence gradually improve, we are ready to proceed with the new projects as planned and believe we can drive pre-sale figures and revenue recognition this year to meet our targets,” Ms. Suphalak stated.
