Mr. Attapol Surasithipanthawat, Chief Corporate Support Officer of SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited (SC) revealed that over the past two months of Q2/2022, homes across all price ranges and new condos from SC have been selling exceptionally well, defying economic trends. The company has consistently received positive responses for its new low-rise and high-rise projects launched as per its business plan.

The newly launched low-rise projects include modern-style new series homes priced between 5 to 30 million Baht in 7 locations, with a total project value of 9.8 billion Baht, including Bangna-Srinakarin, Ramkhamhaeng-Ring Road, Prachachuen, Chaengwattana, Tiwanon-Rangsit, Ram Inthra-Watcharapol, and Pinklao-Salaya.

 

 

Additionally, the latest condominium brand features a new design concept that caters to the lifestyle and living needs of Generation Y, namely the “Reference Sathorn – Wongwian Yai” project, with a project value of 4 billion Baht. In summary, the pre-sale of 8 new projects generated sales of 2.7 billion Baht, contributing to the company's total sales of approximately 11.5 billion Baht, with 9.62 billion Baht from low-rise sales, derived from homes priced above and below 10 million Baht in a ratio of 68:32, and high-rise sales of 1.88 billion Baht.

For the second half of the year, the company plans to launch 15 new low-rise projects across all price ranges, with a total value of 22.5 billion Baht. Each project will feature a new design concept, and the company is preparing to introduce gamer homes to meet the needs of the new generation, along with luxury condominiums on Sukhumvit Road near the BTS Thonglor station, valued at 2.5 billion Baht. Currently, the company has 55 projects for sale, valued at 34 billion Baht, and is confident it will achieve its sales and total revenue target of 22 billion Baht.
