Frasers Property Industrial (Thailand) Co., Ltd., or "FPIT," a leader in modern industrial real estate development in ASEAN under Frasers Property Thailand Public Company Limited ("FPT"), has developed a built-to-suit warehouse of 16,000 sq.m. Phase 1 for LF Logistics (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a logistics service provider focused on maximizing operational efficiency. This distribution center will support the supply chain management of premium global brand products.
The new warehouse for LF Logistics (Thailand) is located within the Frasers Property Logistics Center (Bang Phli 7) in Samut Prakan province, a prime location sought after by operators and logistics service providers. It is surrounded by significant large-scale industrial areas and serves as a gateway to the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) development project, connecting various transportation systems both domestically and internationally. FPIT also has over 30 rai (approximately 48,000 sq.m.) of land in this high-potential location to accommodate the growing demand in the industrial and logistics sectors.
Mr. Sopon Rajraksa, Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Property Industrial (Thailand), stated, "FPIT is very pleased to have been entrusted with the development of this new distribution center for LF Logistics (Thailand), a leader in comprehensive logistics management in Asia. We believe that the potential of this specially designed warehouse, combined with this strategic location, will further strengthen LF Logistics (Thailand)'s operations."
To support the growth and sustainable operations of LF Logistics (Thailand), FPIT has designed and developed this warehouse in accordance with the highest international standards, focusing on efficient warehouse and distribution management. The 16,000 sq.m. building is designed to accommodate vertical storage up to 13 meters high and support a weight capacity of up to 3 tons per square meter. It also adheres to the highest safety standards under the FM Global design and development criteria, which is one of the most trusted standards in industrial insurance and risk management, particularly for property protection recognized worldwide, as well as international standards such as the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold certification, which reflects a commitment to environmentally friendly material selection and minimal environmental impact during construction.
Examples of the building's environmental friendliness include the use of materials that reduce heat absorption, the installation of systems and equipment that conserve water and electricity, the use of wall paints that minimize volatile organic compounds (VOCs), the capability to support solar panel installations for generating renewable energy within the building, and the management of utilities through a digital platform, among others.
