"Primo Service Solution" under Origin Property is building on its multiverse growth strategy, revealing its business plan for 2022 with the concept "At Your Service Every Moment." The company is developing three main service groups: Pre-Living (buying, selling, consulting, construction management, design, and moving), Living (property management and cleaning services), and Living & Earning (real estate knowledge and investment return management). The goal is to achieve revenue growth of 2-3 times within three years, with plans to register on the stock exchange by the end of Q4/2022.

Ms. Jatuporn Wilai Kaew, CEO of Primo Service Solution Co., Ltd., part of Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI), stated that the overall real estate service business is expected to continue growing in line with the property development sector. Particularly, the Pre-Living segment is poised for significant growth as property developers plan to launch new residential projects at a record high, leading to increased demand for sales consulting, project management, and interior design teams.
This year, the company is accelerating its operations according to the Origin Multiverse growth plan to grow in parallel with its parent company, fully advancing its real estate-related services under the concept "At Your Service Every Moment", expanding into comprehensive services across three main groups as a One-Stop Service, including:

Real Estate Consulting and Sales Agency, operated by Passion Realtor Co., Ltd., a leader in project development consulting, marketing services, and land buying-selling, serving as a sales agent for residential projects for property developers while assisting consumers in finding quality homes and condominiums from the start. Building Design Services by UPM Design Studio Co., Ltd. offers architectural design services for both the exterior and interior of buildings to property developers.
Project Management and Construction Management Services, provided by United Project Management Co., Ltd. (UPM), offers project management and construction management services to property developers and public construction projects.

Additionally, the company is accelerating its plans to register on the Stock Exchange of Thailand as scheduled by the end of Q4/2022, with expectations to file for an IPO in Q3/2022.
