Ms. Sirin Chaturachai, CEO of Yaphrom Co., Ltd., revealed that the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted people's behaviors and lifestyles, particularly in health care. The integration of innovation and technology into health care has made it more accessible, convenient, and rapid, significantly reducing physical contact to minimize infection risks. Importantly, the Yaphrom system can integrate with other platforms to enhance benefits for customers and operators. Currently, "Yaphrom" has developed its service system in collaboration with over 4,000 pharmacies, pharmaceutical manufacturers, medical supplies, cosmetics companies, and logistics service providers.
