Mr. Sutthisar Jirathiwat, CEO of CRC Thai Watsadu Co., Ltd., part of Central Retail stated that the recovery trend of the housing market in Thailand is improving in the second half of 2022, following the launch of both horizontal and vertical projects by property developers in the first quarter of this year. This has led to growth in the market value of home decor and housing products. It is expected that the home decor market will grow by over 10-12% this year. To strengthen the potential of Thai Watsadu's business, they are moving forward with the introduction of a new house brand furniture line named Calina, to provide more product options for consumers, reinforcing Thai Watsadu's image as a Home One Stop Shopping destination for all home needs.
