Raimon Land Public Company Limited has announced a strategic partnership with the U.S.-based Nautilus Data Technologies to enter the Data Center business. Nautilus Data Technologies is recognized as the world's most innovative and environmentally friendly data center infrastructure company, utilizing water cooling through its patented TRUE™ (Total Resource Usage Effectiveness) technology. This innovation uses water cooling to reduce energy costs, minimize wastewater production, and eliminate harmful refrigerants, making it the cleanest energy technology in the data center sector. This strategic collaboration enables Raimon Land to establish data centers with world-class infrastructure and services, emphasizing sustainability not only in Thailand but also regionally, including the Philippines.

Raimon Land expects to assess and select a site during 2022-2023 to officially announce the location of its first facility.
