Mr. Wisanu Thepjaew, Chief Executive Officer of Nusasiri Public Company Limited announced the financial results for Q1 2022, showing a positive turnaround with NUSA's net profit in Q1/65 at 17.016 million baht, an increase of 108% compared to Q1/64, which recorded a loss of 213.824 million baht. Revenue grew from 220.291 million baht in Q1/64 to 745.557 million baht in Q1/65, representing an increase of 525.266 million baht, or over 238%. In Q1/65, the company generated revenue of over 493.328 million baht from its medical business. Additionally, the company has appraised its land assets at current value, resulting in NUSA having an increase in asset value of over 2,018.25 million baht. As of Q1/65, the company has shareholders' equity of 6,617.12 million baht, translating to a Book Value of 0.82 baht per share, up 0.25 baht per share from the end of 2021, which had a Book Value of 0.57 baht per share.

Mr. Wisanu revealed that the company is moving forward with its plans by restructuring the business and establishing World Medical Alliance Thailand Co., Ltd. (WMA), in which Nusasiri holds 87% and partners with a Chinese businessman for the remaining 13% to engage in medical business. The company also acquired the Panacee Hospital business at the end of last year, expecting significant growth in the medical and health sector within the next two years, which will replace the real estate business. The company plans to list WMA on the stock exchange in the future.

Furthermore, the company is also venturing into the hemp and cannabis business to enhance its medical and health capabilities. It has begun planting, extracting, researching, and producing for both domestic sales and exports. Currently, the company has imported and installed machinery for extracting hemp oil and is ready to commence production soon.

Mr. Wisanu Thepjaew added, "We are confident that in 2022 we will achieve revenue exceeding 3,800 million baht as targeted and will have continuous profits every quarter, which will definitely allow NUSA to TURN AROUND."
