  • In 2022, year-to-date revenue has significantly increased, reaching 41% in Khao Yai and 30% in Hua Hin year-over-year, marking a tremendous achievement in attracting domestic customers due to the brand's distinctive concept and positioning.
  • Food and beverage (F&B) is a major contributor to strong sales at both hotels, accounting for 40% of revenue in Khao Yai and 37% in Hua Hin.
  • In the most recent month, The Peri Hotel, Hua Hin's revenue growth index (RGI) surpassed competitors at 116, while The Peri Hotel, Khao Yai's average daily rate index (ARI) exceeded the sub-group at 135.5.
  • Year-to-date, over 50% of room revenue comes from direct bookings with the hotel.
