"The Tesla Powerwall" uses an AC Coupled system in an All-in-one unit with an integrated inverter, facilitating installation with the electrical grid and supporting wireless software updates for new functionalities in the future. Its design is beautiful, simple, and modern, and importantly, it requires no maintenance. It has a capacity of 13.5 kilowatt-hours, sufficient to run a 24,000 BTU air conditioner for 10 hours or continuously without limit when used with a rooftop solar system, or enough to charge an EV for a range of up to 90 kilometers. Additionally, the energy storage capacity can be expanded up to 135 kilowatt-hours by adding up to 10 units to one system to accommodate homes of all sizes. It is also durable, waterproof, and dustproof with an IP67 rating, allowing installation both indoors and outdoors, and can be placed on the floor or mounted on a wall.
