Supalai Public Company Limited <\/span><\/strong>(Public)<\/span><\/strong><\/span> <\/span>Led by Dr. Prateep Tangmittham, Chairman of the Executive Board, along with the Board of Directors, held the annual general meeting of shareholders for the year 2022 in an electronic format (e-Shareholder Meeting) only.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>

During the meeting, it was resolved to approve the payment of dividends to shareholders for the year 2021 at a rate of 1.25 Baht per share, with 0.50 Baht for the first six months and 0.75 Baht for the last six months. The dividend payment is scheduled for May 12, 2022, along with the report on the performance for the year 2021.     <\/span><\/span><\/p>

The company achieved a new high in total revenue for the year 2021, amounting to 29,647 million Baht, an increase of 41% from 2020, at Supalai Grand Tower on April 20, 2022, at 14:00.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
