Dr. Prateep Tangmatitham, Chairman of the Executive Board of Supalai Public Company Limited, revealed that Mae Rim District in Chiang Mai is a significant area with beautiful natural attractions that are popular among tourists. The company is not only developing the area in preparation for the new project “Supalai Tuscany Valley” but has also signed a memorandum of understanding to collaborate as business partners by selling a portion of land, over 7 rai, to Ms. Renutra Mekurai, Chairwoman, and Ms. Sarisa Mekurai, CEO of Baan Sukphiroam Co., Ltd., who are managing the “Kad Farang Village” project.

This collaboration with business partners aligns with the business philosophy of Supalai Public Company Limited, “Built for Real Life… homes designed from real life”, focusing on developing housing that meets the needs of residents. The company hopes that the “Supalai Tuscany Valley” project and the new lifestyle mall will bring change and vibrancy to the economy, as well as develop new living spaces for the people of Chiang Mai and nearby areas.

Ms. Sarisa Mekurai, CEO of Baan Sukphiroam Co., Ltd., stated that the company has previously developed the “Kad Farang Village Hang Dong” as the first project and is now preparing to launch the second project, located on Chotana Road in Mae Rim District, just before the bypass leading to tourist routes in Chiang Mai, adjacent to the “Supalai Tuscany Valley” project. Baan Sukphiroam will develop a boutique lifestyle mall called “The Kad Farang Mae Rim”, which will be a new landmark in Chiang Mai, friendly to neighbors in Mae Rim, featuring Rim Ping Supermarket, numerous well-known shops and restaurants, as well as a variety of services. The project is thoughtfully designed as a combination of Beyond Rest Area + Lifestyle Mall + Mae Rim Marketplace, divided into six zones: 1. Drive-Thru, featuring the most Drive-Thru brand stores to meet every lifestyle need; 2. Flagship Store; 3. Food & Restaurant (Inter Brand); 4. Supermarket; 5. Services; 6. Market (to provide opportunities for the community to participate in selling locally produced products). The management will focus on being environmentally friendly and community-oriented, preserving the natural atmosphere and enhancing the landscaping with various flowering plants that harmonize with the Modern Lanna European architectural style, aiming to meet the needs and lifestyles of new-generation families and serve as a stopover for tourists. Construction has already begun, with a soft opening planned to welcome the tourist season in Chiang Mai by the end of 2022, and a full launch scheduled for the first quarter of 2023.
