The Major Prestige Roadshow was conducted following COVID-19 safety measures, with all staff undergoing ATK tests before participating. These included health check-ups for pets from Thonglor Animal Hospital and competitions showcasing the talents of dogs and cats, creating moments of happiness.

Another highly popular activity was the Snap & Share event, where residents showcased their pets dressed in trendy outfits, including the popular 'Coco Wa' style. Additionally, there was a special activity for eco-conscious residents called D.I.Y. Recycle under the Care Share Change campaign, allowing residents to create eco-friendly items by transforming plastic waste into plant pots to take home as souvenirs. The event also featured booths selling pet products at special prices, along with renowned food trucks serving delicious meals, enhancing the upscale living experience for Major Development residents.
