Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited (MQDC), a leading real estate developer, announced its collaboration with Accenture, a top global business development service provider, to develop a Metaverse for MQDC. This project will offer an experience that connects the real world and the virtual world, leading to sustainable happiness beyond imagination.

Mr. Wisit Malaisirirat, Chief Executive Officer of MQDC, stated, "This collaboration marks an important step for MQDC as we move forward to expand into new businesses. The Metaverse will not only position MQDC as a leading real estate developer but also as a creator of limitless new experiences for customers, service users, partners, and those interested in joining a world of new innovations that connect the real and virtual worlds together."

“Under the concept of ‘For All Well-Being,’ we believe that our commitment to researching new technologies, combined with out-of-the-box thinking, has always been the direction of MQDC's work, making us pioneers in technology to bring sustainable well-being to people, society, and everything on Earth without limits in this digital age that transforms the world,” Mr. Wisit added.

In the future, MQDC's Metaverse project will connect to the “Translucia Metaverse,” a mega metaverse project initiated and operated by T&B Media Global (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a producer of entertainment content and world-class animated series.

“We are the first real estate development company to partner in the Translucia project. We are committed to developing our Metaverse into a new world that is a warm and sustainable society,” Mr. Wisit stated.

Mr. Parut Penpayap, Director of the MQDC Metaverse Project, said, “In creating this new Metaverse, MQDC has partnered with Accenture to bring their expertise in developing the Metaverse by integrating advanced technology with human intelligence to create a Metaverse that brings about positive change. MQDC and Accenture are collaborating to plan, design the MQDC Metaverse project, conduct market research on customer and service user needs, outline the business model, and design an extraordinary experience for this Metaverse project.”

Mr. Parut further explained, “The concept of this project is divided into three parts: the first is to provide an extraordinary experience for customers and service users in MQDC's real estate projects, whether they are existing users or new clients. The second part will develop new spaces for those interested in participating in business development in the Metaverse. Finally, it aims to create spaces that seamlessly connect the real world and the virtual world, allowing customers and the general public to participate in various activities to experience a hybrid experience like never before.”

“We are confident in developing this project, as Accenture's expertise, creativity, and understanding of Metaverse development will enable our Metaverse project to create value and benefits for users fully. It will be developed with advanced technology, offering a new world that provides an immersive experience beyond imagination, with unity and the ability to share sustainable happiness in line with our core mission,” Mr. Parut concluded.

Mr. Divyesh Vithlani, Managing Director for Southeast Asia at Accenture, stated, “Web 3.0 technology and the Metaverse will provide market opportunities that surpass the economic opportunities created by Web 2.0 technology. We are very excited to have the opportunity to drive MQDC's Metaverse project to reality.”

“With the establishment of the Metaverse Continuum business group, we have a significant role in shaping plans and supporting various businesses to fully utilize advanced technology. We hope to support MQDC in developing the Metaverse project into a sustainable and joyful economy.”

Users will be able to utilize this space in various ways and have the power to make choices for themselves, whether in how they work, choose to live, engage in activities, or learn what they desire. They will also participate in creating communities and cultures in their own way. This collaboration will lead to exemplary projects in the Metaverse industry, showcasing how the integration of technology and innovation can create business value and provide unique experiences for users.

Mr. Husin Adam, Managing Director of Accenture's Consumer Goods and Retail Industry Group in Thailand, said, “Imagine a 3D virtual world where you can reinforce your identity or create a new one in a different form to positively impact businesses, society, and communities, all conveniently and without geographical boundaries. The Metaverse can provide freedom to users, whether creating, exploring, or participating in activities and having fun in various environments without limits. The collaboration between Accenture and MQDC will help expand the boundaries of the digital world and lead users to an immersive experience in an environment rich with physical, virtual, and fantasy worlds.”

In addition to the Translucia Metaverse project, MQDC is also one of the 11 partners of T&B Media Global in launching the utility token, Crown Token, which trades on the ZIPMEX platform since early March. The Crown Token is considered a utility token developed within a comprehensive ecosystem, with the collaboration of partners in Thailand and internationally across various sectors, including entertainment, fintech, esports, and education, and is also linked to intellectual property developed by T&B and its partners.

Mr. Wisit concluded, “Throughout the past period, MQDC has implemented strategies to develop various projects in both real estate and technology related to digital assets, culminating in the latest global project, the Metaverse, to reinforce our commitment to conducting business under the mission ‘For All Well-Being,’ aiming to create a sustainable quality of life for all lives on this planet.”
