Asset Wise Public Company Limited, or ASW, is moving forward with a comprehensive green real estate initiative, officially declaring its commitment to becoming a voluntary Carbon Neutral organization after receiving formal certification from the Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization), or GHGMO. This reflects the company's intention to operate sustainably while considering environmental impacts under the concept of "GrowGreen."

ASW has already installed solar panels at its headquarters, Mingle Mall, and the KAVE TU project, with plans to install them at KAVE Town Space and KAVE Town Shift. Additionally, ASW has partnered with Haup Car to provide electric vehicle services at Mingle Mall and the KAVE AVA sales office, aiming to promote the use of clean energy and continuously reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

ASW has joined the Carbon Neutral Thailand voluntary network, emphasizing the importance of assessing its greenhouse gas emissions and procuring carbon credits to offset its emissions to zero.

Recently, ASW has emerged as a leader in voluntary Carbon Neutral certification, officially recognized by the Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization), which supports efforts to reduce greenhouse gases in Thailand. This reflects the company's commitment to being genuinely environmentally responsible, aligning with Thailand's policy to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050 and net-zero emissions by 2065, as outlined in the 26th UN Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP26).

With the complete registration as Carbon Neutral, the company is advancing towards developing comprehensive green real estate projects to create a sustainable world, continuously aiming to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. This year, ASW is collaborating with partners under the concept of "GrowGreen" with five main pillars: 1. Green Space, focusing on designing environmentally friendly green areas for the well-being of residents; 2. Energy Efficiency, designing residences to use energy efficiently, with solar panels already installed at the headquarters, Mingle Mall, and KAVE TU, and ongoing installations at KAVE Town Space and KAVE Town Shift, along with partnering with Haup Car to pilot electric vehicle services at Mingle Mall, KAVE Town Space, KAVE Town Shift, and the Modiz Rhyme and KAVE AVA sales offices, marking a significant step in promoting clean energy use and reducing greenhouse gas emissions to combat global warming.

Clean Air, ensuring clean air by selecting construction materials that minimize air pollution or construction methods that do not generate PM 2.5 dust; and 5. Water Saving, maximizing water use by developing projects with systems to treat and reuse wastewater.
