Dr. Wichian Patayanant, Chief Executive Officer of Chao Phraya Mahakhan Public Company Limited (CMC), a real estate developer in a prime location, announced that CMC reinforces its leadership in residential development by securing the lease rights for land from the Crown Property Bureau in the Si Phraya area, covering over 37,000 square meters for a lease term of 30 years. This will facilitate the development of a large mixed-use real estate project, the Wellness Residence, valued at over 1.9 billion baht, which will consist of two high-rise buildings with a total of 288 units. The project is conceptualized as a Mediplex, a sustainable Health and Wellness Medical Center that provides general medical care, specialized doctors, and healthy dining options (Health Express), as well as a Wellness Center catering to elderly residents. This prime location in the Si Phraya business district, known for its unique old-town charm and comprehensive lifestyle activities, connects seamlessly with the modernity of the Central Business District (CBD) areas of Silom, Sathorn, and Charoen Krung, and is in proximity to offices and educational institutions, fulfilling all urban living needs perfectly. The development plan is expected to commence in the third quarter of 2022.

CMC is committed to expanding investments to ensure continuous growth by seeking high-potential investment locations with significant growth prospects to develop new projects that meet the needs of all customer segments, both in the heart of Bangkok and its suburbs, along the extended subway lines, as well as in developing suburban areas that support the capital's expansion. This is in tandem with improving quality of life and well-being, both physical and mental health, by welcoming collaborations with leading partners to jointly develop future projects, enhancing capabilities for greater strength and ensuring sustainable business growth.
