Park Silom, developed by Naiyan & RGP Development Co., Ltd., is a collaboration between Naiyan Estate and Minor International. Led by Ms. Oraradee Na Ranong, CEO, and Mr. William Heinecke, Chairman of Minor International Public Company Limited, the management team recently inspected the progress of the Park Silom project, a new mixed-use office building located in the heart of Silom Road. Currently, construction of the building's structure is over 30% complete, with an expected opening in Q1 of 2023.

Park Silom has received the Award Winner for Best Office Development Asia Pacific from the International Property Award and the Property Development of the Year 2020 from the Outstanding Property Award London (OPAL) for its design of office buildings and commercial shops. This project aims to transform Silom into a future district that seamlessly creates a new lifestyle. It is designed and constructed under energy-efficient building standards (LEED) and international standards for enhancing the health and well-being of building users (WELL).
