The construction of the second factory, with a total investment not exceeding 500 million baht, will utilize 100 million baht raised from the IPO. Additionally, the company is preparing internal cash flow to gradually accumulate as part of the investment in the new factory and/or negotiate for credit support from financial institutions.
The second factory will be built on the site of the existing factory using a fully automated production system with an annual production capacity of 720,000 square meters, effectively doubling the production capacity. Construction is expected to begin as planned in the second quarter of 2022 and continue until the fourth quarter of 2023, with commercial operations anticipated to start in the first quarter of 2024. This will increase the company's total production capacity to 1,400,000 square meters per year, meeting the growing demand from real estate developers.
Furthermore, after the company offered additional common shares to the public for the first time (IPO) from September 21-23, 2021, totaling 39.5 million shares at a price of 6.00 baht per share, raising a total of 237.00 million baht, after deducting the costs of the share offering, the remaining amount was 220.40 million baht. The company repaid 100 million baht to financial institutions, resulting in reduced financial costs, improved profitability, and utilized 20.40 million baht as working capital, leaving 100 million baht for the construction of the second factory.
