'The Thai real estate market is showing continuous recovery this year, in line with the recovering economy, supported by government economic stimulus measures. This has led us to decide to increase our housing project portfolio to meet the expanding market demand.'

Since the beginning of this year, the company has started to signal positive growth by announcing a partnership with a major Japanese ally, Takara Leben Co., Ltd., a leading real estate developer in Japan with over half a century of experience, to develop the first project 'Atmoz Bangna', valued at over 2.2 billion baht. The company has also strengthened its portfolio by acquiring a condominium in a prime location in Ratchada-Suthisan, the 'Maxi Prime Ratchada-Suthisan' project from Maxi Premier One Co., Ltd.
