"A5" Prepares to Launch 3 New Projects Worth 3.2 Billion Baht, Aiming for 1 Billion Baht in Revenue, Expected to Start Trading on the MAI in Q1/2022
Mr. Supachok Panjathas, CEO of Asset Five Group (A5)) stated that the overall real estate business in 2022 shows a better trend than last year and is a year for home buyers. This is supported by low interest rates, measures to reduce transfer and mortgage fees, and relaxed LTV measures from the Bank of Thailand until the end of the year. The company aims for revenue of no less than 1 billion baht in 2022, a 30% increase from 2021, which had a revenue of 600 million baht.
The revenue is expected to come from projects in Bangkok, totaling 800 million baht, from the "Wana Residence" project in Rama 9 – Srinakarin, which is currently in the final phase of sales, and the "Tonson One Residence" project, a super-luxury condominium with 80 units, which has already sold 80% and is expected to be completed and ready for ownership transfer in Q1/2023, with some revenue recognized by the end of the year. The company also plans to close sales on three provincial projects to raise funds for new developments and is expected to trade on the MAI stock exchange, with approval from the board anticipated soon.
Additionally, the company is preparing to launch 3 new projects this year, with a total value of 3.2 billion baht, including one project in Bangkok valued at approximately 2.7 billion baht by the end of the year, and two projects in Udon Thani under the "Ratchaya" brand, valued at 500 million baht, which will begin sales by the end of this year.

The company believes that the real estate market in the Northeast still has potential, with a growing market and purchasing power better than Bangkok and its suburbs. This is evidenced by the low loan rejection rate of only 20% compared to Bangkok's market, which is as high as 50-70%. The company will leverage its strengths to meet consumer demand, focusing on differentiation with the concept of "Asset For Infinite Valuable Experiences" that addresses the 5 Values of Life: 1. ASSET - valuable assets, 2. LEGACY - assets that can be inherited, 3. FREEDOM - assets that provide freedom in life, 4. FAMILY - assets that strengthen family relationships, and 5. ASPIRATION - assets that inspire life and work.
However, the company is currently in the final approval stage from the Stock Exchange of Thailand to trade shares on the MAI under the ticker symbol "A5". Trading is expected to commence in Q1 2022, with the company poised for continuous growth to become a quality real estate company leading the niche market according to its vision.
