'Ministry of Finance' is set to open the eligibility confirmation for 'Half-Half Phase 4', allowing individuals to receive a subsidy for goods and services up to 150 baht per person per day, and not exceeding 1,200 baht per person, through the Paotang app starting Tuesday, February 1, 2022, from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. Users can start spending immediately after confirming their eligibility.

          Mr. Pornchai Thiravej, Director of the Fiscal Policy Office stated that the Half-Half Project Phase 4 will allow 27.98 million people who participated in Phase 3 (which ended in December 2021) to confirm their eligibility for Phase 4 starting Tuesday, February 1, 2022 through the 'Paotang' app, and they can start spending immediately after confirming their eligibility.

            Participants will receive a subsidy for goods or services at a rate of 50%, not exceeding 150 baht per person per day, and not exceeding 1,200 baht per person throughout the duration of Phase 4 from February 1 to April 30, 2022. The steps to confirm eligibility are as follows:

1. Click on the banner for the Half-Half Project displayed on the g-Wallet page of the 'Paotang' app from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily.

2. The system will display the terms and conditions for participating in Phase 4. Citizens are requested to read the terms and conditions. Once they have read and accepted the conditions, they can click on the 'Accept Terms and Conditions' button.

 

Participants from Phase 3 must start using their Phase 4 eligibility by February 28, 2022, at 10:59 PM. After this deadline, they will lose their eligibility, and any remaining rights may be considered for re-registration.

For the general public who did not participate in Phase 3, they can register through the 'Paotang' app

or through the website www.คนละครึ่ง.com from February 10, 2022, until the total number of approximately 1 million rights is reached, with the first spending day on February 17, 2022.
