Mr. Wongsakorn Prasithwiphat, Managing Director of Property Perfect Public Company Limited, revealed that last year the project 'Bella Del Monte Khao Yai' received an excellent response from customers, generating sales of over 530 million baht. This success is attributed to the project's prime location in one of the most beautiful mountain ranges in Khao Yai, along with the high demand for riverside homes, leading to the rapid sale of lakeside properties. Consequently, the company sees an opportunity to launch a new phase to continuously meet the market demand. Therefore, the company is accelerating the development of 'Bella Del Monte' Phase 2, covering an area of 55 rai and valued at over 1.4 billion baht.

The project 'Bella Del Monte Khao Yai' Phase 2 is developed under the concept 'Creek Valley', building on the success of the first phase while maintaining the emphasis on the stunning mountain scenery and water features.
