Development Public Company Limited (LPN), revealed that in early December, the 'Lumpini Town Ville Phaholyothin-Saphan Mai' project, consisting of 262 units with a project value of 720 million baht, has successfully closed sales at 100% after opening for sales in March 2020, with plans to deliver all homes to customers by early 2022.

Ms. Sawanee also mentioned, “This year has clearly shown the economic impact of COVID-19, leading financial institutions to be cautious in granting mortgage loans, with rejection rates as high as 40-50%. Additionally, some customers are hesitant to make purchases due to uncertainty about future income. However, 'Lumpini homes' have continued to grow against the trend. Throughout 2021, we launched 3 new projects as planned in 4 locations, including a private single-house project in Bang Bua Thong, a 3.5-story townhome project in Lat Phrao 101-Phothi Kaew, a commercial building on Lat Krabang main road (already sold out), and the upcoming location at Sai Mai 18 - Phaholyothin, with a total value of new projects launched in 2021 amounting to 1.4 billion baht.”
