“Sansiri” is advancing the development of T77 as a sustainable green community, partnering with “MuvMi” to provide electric tuk-tuk services, continuing its mission for clean energy to achieve the Net-Zero goal.

Sansiri, a leading real estate developer in Thailand, is committed to its mission of clean energy for the world, aiming to become Thailand’s First Real-Estate Company to Set Target for Net-zero, the first real estate company in Thailand to boldly set a target towards Net-zero, led by Ongart Suwannakul, Assistant Managing Director of Condominium Project Development at Sansiri Public Company Limited.

Recently, Sansiri has partnered with MuvMi, represented by Dr. Kritada Krityakiran, Managing Director of Urban Mobility Tech Co., Ltd., to provide clean energy electric tuk-tuks through an application within the first real estate project and residential community in Thailand, starting with a pilot at T77 Community. This reinforces Sansiri's position as a leader in environmental responsibility and the creation of sustainable green communities by transforming lifestyles for the planet and ourselves. A special promotion is offered for free throughout December 2021, allowing Sansiri residents and the general public to travel between the T77 project and BTS On Nut using the MuvMi app at no cost. Starting January 2022, service fees will be charged based on distance, beginning at just 10 baht.

The T77 Community for Sustainable Living is a Green Community where Sansiri is committed to continuously utilizing clean energy and encouraging residents and the general public to participate in reducing carbon emissions. This includes collaboration with BCPG to pilot a project for real-time clean energy electricity through blockchain technology in the largest residential project in the world and the first in Southeast Asia. Additionally, it features Bangkok’s First Solar Bus Stop with Wireless Charger, allowing users to charge their mobile phones wirelessly while waiting for the bus, along with Solar Bin, a smart compacting trash bin, and E-Scooter rental services within T77 and SIRI CAMPUS for Sansiri employees. All company executive vehicles were converted to EVs (electric vehicles) in early 2021, and EV Charger stations were installed in T77. The latest partnership with MuvMi is another mission to provide electric public transport services in the T77 community to help reduce carbon emissions and achieve Sansiri's net-zero target as planned.
