Frasers Property Commercial (Thailand), or FPCT, has announced progress on the Silom Edge project, a new sandbox at the corner of Silom-Rama 4 Road, having finalized a deal with JustCo, a premium co-working space provider in the Asia-Pacific region, to launch the 'JustCo x Silom Edge' co-working space of the future, encompassing over 4,400 square meters or 40% of the total office space in the project. This initiative aims to create a 'Co-creation Platform' to nurture a start-up community, including digital SMEs and large organizations, allowing for the free exchange of ideas and limitless business growth in the digital age.

Frasers Property Commercial (Thailand), a leader in developing Grade A commercial projects in the heart of Bangkok, revealed that following the launch of the Silom Edge project last October, there has been continuous interest from numerous clients inquiring about the project. Recently, JustCo confirmed its commitment to occupy four consecutive floors totaling over 4,400 square meters, which represents 40% of the total office space in the project, accommodating more than 900 members. The 'JustCo x Silom Edge' will complete the new sandbox community in the heart of Bangkok, a hub for young people, start-ups, and rapidly growing online platforms since 2019.

'JustCo x Silom Edge' is a project under the collaboration between FPCT and JustCo, aligning with the strategy to strengthen and drive business growth through the Core & Flex model, a new trend in office space services in the Next Normal era.
