Perfect Moves Forward to Develop 'Thai Chamber of Commerce Road' into a Green Road in Collaboration with PTT Group Companies, EV Lomo, Lotus, and SISB
Property Perfect has partnered with 7 organizations to transform Thai Chamber of Commerce Road into a green road, focusing on clean energy to enhance the quality of life. This initiative includes collaboration with EV Lomo, a leading American company, to create electric vehicle charging stations and install EV chargers in every single-family home project. They are also working with companies in the PTT Group, including Arun Plus, EV Me Plus, and Swap & Go, to provide options for purchasing or renting electric vehicles through an application, studying the provision of EV Buses, and battery swap stations for electric motorcycles in the community. Additionally, they have partnered with “Lotus Go Fresh,” which is opening a new environmentally friendly branch, and “SISB International School,” which will contribute with an alternative energy school. The project was launched by Mr. Sujint Chai Chumsak, the Governor of Nonthaburi Province.

Mr. Wongsakorn Prasithwiphat, Managing Director of Property Perfect Public Company Limited, revealed that Thai Chamber of Commerce Road is a 4-kilometer road constructed by the company, connecting Chaiyaphruek Road and Nonthaburi-Bang Bua Thong Bridge Road. This road has an area for project development totaling 1,226 rai and has grown into a large community with residential projects, educational institutions, international schools, community shopping centers, and various businesses. There is also land awaiting development, with potential for continuous expansion in the future. Due to this rapid growth, the company aims to promote Thai Chamber of Commerce Road as a road focused on clean energy to create a better quality of life for the community.
“We have collaborated with leading organizations to promote clean energy on Thai Chamber of Commerce Road, ensuring accessibility for everyone. We are preparing to facilitate electric vehicle use by establishing charging stations in communal areas and within the community. We will install EV Charger Home Boxes in every single-family home project across all price ranges, and we are studying the provision of EV Buses and battery swap stations for electric motorcycles to serve the community. We have also received cooperation from businesses located along this road that operate in an environmentally friendly manner, including plans to install electric vehicle chargers at Nonthaburi government offices to encourage more people to adopt clean energy,”
Regarding the collaboration with companies in the PTT Group, Mr. Charn Kulpathanirun, Head of 2 Wheel and Bus Business Development at Arun Plus Co., Ltd., stated that Arun Plus operates in the EV Value Chain to support the expansion of the PTT Group's electric vehicle business. The Electric Bus or E-Bus is one of the operations under development to provide services at reasonable prices and with efficiency. Currently, Arun Plus offers Shuttle E-Bus services for employees within the PTT Group and plans to offer E-Bus options for external customers to purchase or rent in various formats, expected to be available by mid-2022. In this collaboration, Property Perfect and Arun Plus will discuss developing E-Bus services together to allow the community on Thai Chamber of Commerce Road to experience Arun Plus's E-Bus, which utilizes clean energy technology, contributing to the development of this green community.
Ms. Suwitcha Sudjai, CEO and Managing Director of EV Me Plus Co., Ltd., stated that EV Me Plus, a startup within the PTT Group, aims to provide a more convenient experience for EV ownership through the EVme application, which is the first and only full-service EV digital platform in Thailand. Users can choose to purchase or rent EVs at special prices, with a variety of models and brands available, as well as access to information on charging station locations nationwide. Currently, EVme is in the testing phase and will be fully operational in early 2022. For Property Perfect's project on “Thai Chamber of Commerce Road,” which has already prepared the infrastructure for electric vehicle use, EV Me Plus will offer trial EV services at special prices for residents before they decide to purchase, promoting the use of clean energy through EVs.
Ms. Awee Masiri Sangthaksin, Managing Director of Swap & Go Co., Ltd., mentioned that Swap & Go is another company in the PTT Group that provides a battery swap platform for electric motorcycle users without waiting to charge. This service supports the growing number of electric vehicle users in the future. Currently, Swap & Go operates 22 battery swap stations for electric motorcycles across Bangkok and plans to expand services nationwide. For the “Thai Chamber of Commerce Road” project, Swap & Go will provide battery swap stations with approximately 30 batteries to support over 10 electric motorcycles in the area, allowing users to download the Swap & Go application to connect with compatible electric motorcycles for easy and convenient battery swapping.
EV Lomo, Ms. Nicole Wu, Managing Director of EV Lomo Technologies Co., Ltd., revealed that EV Lomo is a leading electric vehicle company from the United States, strategically partnering with Property Perfect to enter the EV Ready home market in Thailand. They will install EV Charger Home Boxes in every single-family home project of Property Perfect, along with maintenance services. Generally, electric vehicle users charge at home over 80% of the time, so they aim to install a total of 10,000 home chargers, featuring the smart EVLOMO ELO Series, which is dust and water-resistant, safe, can connect via 4G and Wi-Fi for remote charging, and supports both Thai and English display languages. EV Lomo has also launched electric charging stations in communal areas and community locations, such as in front of clubhouses and parking lots, to serve the community and the public, promoting wider adoption of electric vehicles.
Lotus, represented by Ms. Salila Siha Phan, Chief Sustainability and Legal Officer of Ek-Chai Distribution System Co., Ltd., announced that the company will open a new “Lotus Go Fresh” branch on Thai Chamber of Commerce Road on November 25, featuring an environmentally friendly mini-supermarket concept. This branch will install a Reverse Vending Machine to collect plastic packaging for recycling, allowing customers to exchange 10 plastic bottles for one free egg. They will also promote reducing plastic use by not providing plastic bags, offering “Revival Bags” made from recycled plastic that can be reused multiple times and exchanged for a new one when damaged. Lotus has a policy to reduce packaging waste, especially plastic and food waste, and encourages resource recycling.


SISB International School, Mr. Kelvin Koh, CEO, stated that SISB has made strides towards being an environmentally friendly school and is following a path towards sustainable environmental development. SISB Nonthaburi, located on an 18.5 rai site on Thai Chamber of Commerce Road, is set to launch in August 2023. This fifth branch of SISB is ready to be part of the green road project, creating a good environment for students, such as implementing smart air conditioning systems and designing to utilize natural light to reduce electricity use, which effectively saves energy. Additionally, they are prepared to collaborate to transition the school's energy use to clean energy, aiming for SISB Nonthaburi to become a leading green school and a model for schools utilizing alternative energy.
