Tostem Thailand has launched "ATIS", a cutting-edge aluminum window and door innovation that features a beautiful minimalist design along with comprehensive functionality, ensuring safety and enhancing the aesthetic experience of living for everyone in the family.

Mr. Wicha Worasayan, Leader of the Housing Technology Business Group at LIXIL (Thailand) Public Company Limited, stated at the product launch event "ATIS FRAMING THE BEAUTY OF LIVING" that the Tostem brand has continuously developed innovative doors and windows to meet the needs of modern customers and enhance comfort in home living. The latest aluminum window and door products perfectly blend a sleek design with essential functions hidden within for convenient use. Tostem is also a market leader in developing lift-and-slide windows that combine two important functions within a single frame, marking an unprecedented advancement in the market.

The unique feature of ATIS in the lift-and-slide windows is the inward-tilting opening mechanism that allows natural airflow throughout the day, even during rain. The beautiful design fits all styles of home decor, and it includes a PSS BALANCER that ensures smooth opening and closing with minimal effort, as the balancer supports the entire weight of the window while controlling the sliding direction. Additionally, the ATIS product line comes with the Invisible Shield insect screen innovation, using fibers with a diameter 40% smaller than usual, making it more translucent and allowing for unobstructed views without making the room feel cramped, as it increases airflow by up to 20%. The product is also user-friendly and easy to clean.

Moreover, Tostem's product design does not only focus on aesthetics but also emphasizes safety. For instance, the operator handle in the awning window enhances safety by eliminating the need to lean out of the building to open/close the window, and the two-stage closing function in the tilt-and-slide window prevents finger pinching. This safety-focused design has earned Tostem awards from leading design institutions, such as the KIDS DESIGN AWARD. The ATIS windows and doors are also customizable in size, color, and glass thickness according to each customer's specific needs.

Particularly, the COVID-19 pandemic over the past 1-2 years has forced people to adapt, spending more time at home working from home or engaging in family activities, leading to a shift in home decoration trends. People are increasingly prioritizing convenience and comfort in their living spaces, undertaking renovations, repairs, and showing more interest in home design and DIY improvements.

These factors have prompted the company to adjust its marketing direction to better meet market conditions and consumer behavior. Thus, research and development have been conducted to create new product designs that effectively address current consumer needs. It is anticipated that ATIS will receive a positive response from Thai consumers and contribute to the growth of Tostem's consumer market revenue.

Mr. Wicha further stated, "Overall, Tostem in Thailand has seen business growth double over the past 10 years. Previously, Tostem was known primarily in the real estate and architectural sectors, focusing on B2B marketing with project clients. However, in the past two years, revenue from homeowners has grown by 20-30%, creating a great opportunity for ATIS to focus more on marketing to this customer segment. We are therefore advancing the development of communication methods to highlight the product's differences, with diverse functions that make it easier and faster for customers to use the system, catering to the behaviors of people in the New Normal era through virtual showrooms on our website and social media platforms like Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and Line Official Account for convenient customer inquiries across various channels."

Additionally, ATIS is preparing to launch a special project, marking its first collaboration with renowned architects, designers, and artists to discuss and exchange ideas on the theme "Design/Survive/Beauty" led by Mr. Wasu Virachasilp, the founder of the internationally renowned architectural laboratory VaSLab, along with artists and creative managers such as Khun Pom–Thachmaphan Janjamrasang, Khun Pa Pan–Sirima Chaipreechawit, and Khun Ploy–Haritadee Leelayuwapant. These four representatives will embody the beauty of aesthetic living from different perspectives, sharing stories, inspirations, and insights on various concepts in the theme "FRAMING THE BEAUTY OF LIVING" through a special video series, set to launch in early next year.
