Frasers Property Thailand has announced its continued success in sustainable business operations for the second consecutive year, backed by national and international standards, reinforcing the sustainable growth of One Platform.

Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited, or FPT, the first comprehensive real estate service provider in Thailand, has announced its achievements in operating under the ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) framework in 2021, with a total of three standards recognized and certified in that year.

Achievements in ESG include:
• Being selected as one of the sustainable stocks of companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
• Receiving a 5-star “Excellent” Corporate Governance (CG Rating) assessment from the Thai Institute of Directors (IOD), supported by the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
• Achieving an A rating for sustainability disclosure in the Southeast Asia Diversified Business category according to GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark), an international measurement standard.

Mr. Thanapol Sirithanachai, Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited, commented on this achievement, stating, “With our commitment to grow sustainably and the integration of three business groups under a comprehensive real estate platform, we have successfully met our ESG operational goals. Being recognized by credible organizations both nationally and internationally for the second consecutive year is a testament to our success in developing a business that prioritizes environmental, social, and governance factors. We will continue to adhere to this operational approach to maintain the trust of our shareholders and all investors while fostering stable and sustainable growth.”

Being selected as one of the sustainable stocks (Thailand Sustainability Investment or THSI) reflects FPT's ability to operate sustainably across economic, social, and environmental dimensions, proving effective business management during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Additionally, on an international level, the company received sustainability assessments and rankings from GRESB, where this year FPT achieved an A rating for sustainability disclosure, surpassing the average of companies worldwide and those in the same industry participating in the assessment. It ranked second in Southeast Asia for the Diversified Real Estate Company category. Furthermore, it received the GRESB Green Star in the categories of completed and operational projects (Standing Investments) and projects under development (Development Projects), demonstrating effective integration of sustainability principles into business operations.

Moreover, FPT received a 5-star Corporate Governance assessment from the Thai Institute of Directors (IOD), supported by the Stock Exchange of Thailand, for the year 2021, which is the highest level of assessment from the stock exchange.

To continuously drive ESG operations and support the Frasers Property Group in achieving its goal of becoming a carbon-neutral organization throughout the value chain by 2050, FPT will continue to prioritize environmental care, focusing on effective management to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and energy consumption, as well as applying innovations that support sustainable organizational growth.
