S Oasis Hybrid Workplace, the future hybrid office building developed by Singha Estate, is designed to accommodate the need for maximum flexibility in the modern work culture. According to the CBRE and Cisco Global Workforce Survey in the United States, leading companies and organizations are seeking new office buildings that offer greater flexibility and can be adapted to different situations, allowing for both in-office work and remote work from home or other locations. In response to the changing environment, Singha Estate has adjusted the development of the S Oasis office project to align with evolving usage behaviors. Ms. Oranee Poonkwan, CEO of Retail and Commercial Business Development at Singha Estate Public Company Limited, reflects on this concept.

She notes that the COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the adoption of the Hybrid Work Model, which combines virtual work with traditional in-office meetings. This approach allows organizations to maintain their values, enhance interactions, and ensure that they can support work in line with organizational goals while also valuing employees.

Singha Estate is committed to developing the S Oasis project as a Grade A office building that maximizes work flexibility. The interior spaces are designed to be adaptable to the number of employees and can be configured to meet all functional work requirements, ensuring optimal and beneficial space usage. The building will be equipped with premium-grade office standards and will connect various essential systems through high-speed internet, integrating Internet of Things (IoT) technology to manage online workspaces efficiently. This connectivity ensures comprehensive and uninterrupted service across different areas, facilitating modern work practices and seamlessly integrating the work world with daily life.

The S Oasis project is a Grade A office building aiming for LEED Gold V.4 certification, with a budget of 3.695 billion baht. It is located on Vibhavadi Rangsit Road, covering an area of 6 rai, 3 ngan, and 24 square wah, standing 35 stories tall with one basement level. The usable area is 54,000 square meters, with 1,700 square meters of retail space and parking for 870 cars, along with complete facilities such as EV chargers for electric vehicles to support environmentally friendly travel. Additionally, surrounding parking structures can accommodate over 1,400 vehicles. The S Oasis project is currently under construction and is expected to open in the second quarter of 2022.

Currently, Singha Estate manages office space at Sun Towers on Vibhavadi Rangsit Road, covering over 62,000 square meters. Once the S Oasis project is completed, the company will manage a total of approximately 116,000 square meters of office space, aiming to develop this area into the S District to create a new quality community in the future location of northern Bangkok. Furthermore, Singha Estate also manages office spaces at Singha Complex at the corner of Asoke-Phetchaburi Road and S Metro in the heart of Phrom Phong.
