Sizzar Group Set to Launch Life Clinic & Well-Being Resort by Late 2021, with 20 International Groups Already Booking Packages
Sizzar Group reveals that COVID-19 has prompted both the public and private sectors to focus on integrated health care. New entrepreneurs and businesspeople are increasingly investing in MEDICAL SERVICES and real estate in Phuket and Phang Nga, aiming to accommodate the return of international visitors as the economy recovers. They are preparing to launch the "Life Clinic & Well-Being Resort," a premium health rehabilitation center, by the end of 2021, collaborating with expert partners in medicine and hotel management from abroad to strengthen the project. The Natai Medical Center & Resort project is defying the crisis, with international clients already interested in booking packages in advance, totaling around 20 groups. The remaining two phases of the Medical Center and Resort will gradually open in the following order, supporting the government's policy to attract potential long-term foreign residents to Thailand.

Mr. Atthana Phanthukhamneid, CEO of Sizzar Group Co., Ltd., a leading investment property developer in Thailand and manager of the mega project Natai Medical Center & Resort, stated that the COVID-19 pandemic has led to increased awareness among both the public and private sectors about integrated health care and investment directions in various businesses, particularly in real estate, with many investors showing interest in Phuket and Phang Nga. He is confident that foreigners will return to invest in real estate and use other services, especially "medical services." They are preparing to launch the "Life Clinic & Well-Being Resort," a premium health rehabilitation center, by the end of 2021, in collaboration with expert partners in both medicine and hotel management from abroad to enhance the project's strength.
“Recently, we have seen new investors from Bangkok and other tourist provinces shifting their investments from other businesses to real estate in Phuket and Phang Nga. Most are interested in developing villas, condotels, and wellness hotels, starting with small projects valued at no more than 100 million baht, as they believe Phuket has high potential for recovery in tourism after the COVID situation improves,” Mr. Atthana said.

In Phuket and Phang Nga, the "medical services" business is dominated by only 2-3 major operators, both Thai and foreign. One of them is the Natai Medical Center & Resort, which has seen a surge in interest from foreigners booking packages in advance during the COVID-19 pandemic, with approximately 20 groups from countries such as Kazakhstan, Russia, Germany, and Switzerland. At the end of 2020, the company opened the Natai Beach Resort and Spa, and plans to launch Medical Services this year.
Part 1: Life Clinic & Well-Being Resort is a premium health rehabilitation center paired with a luxurious 6-star resort featuring 12 units, each uniquely designed by renowned architects, with dining options based on the Farm to Table and Sea to Table concepts, led by Michelin-starred chefs and international health integration chefs. The premium health rehabilitation center will offer services such as in-depth disease diagnosis to design personalized treatment programs, preventive medicine, and a holistic approach to promote good health from the inside out for guests. For the other two parts, they expect to gradually open in the next phases:
- Medical Center: A medical center equipped with the latest surgical and diagnostic technology that utilizes holistic medical sciences to restore health from the inside out, including sports medicine, anti-aging services, IVF, a cannabis therapy center, and health care for the post-COVID-19 era.
- Resort: Enhancements to the resort and expansion to elevate standards to a 5-star hotel on Natai Beach, with a total of 177 units including rooms and pool villas, along with various activities such as beach yoga, spa services for relaxation, fitness rooms, kayaking, and six dining styles including Thai, seafood, Asian, and Western, ready to provide tourists with a memorable new experience. There are also plans to expand the hotel to become a MICE Hotel to accommodate large seminars.

Additionally, they are collaborating with a team of medical management experts, including Dr. Christopher Jensen, Managing Director and Chief Medical Officer, a Harvard Medical School graduate specializing in advanced medicine with over 20 years of experience in the business sector, and Mr. Greg Harrison, General Manager, a professional in global hotel management with a successful track record.
They bring diverse experience in both service and finance to strengthen the Natai Medical Center & Resort project in terms of world-class medical services and hotel services, adhering to true 6-star hotel standards.
Mr. Atthana further stated that the Cabinet has plans to attract high-potential foreign investors from four main target groups by offering seven special privileges, aiming to draw over 1 million long-term residents to Thailand, which would inject 1 trillion baht into the economy and attract 800 billion baht in domestic investment, significantly benefiting the medical business. Although some individuals have opposed this, claiming it would lead to foreigners competing for housing with Thais, he believes the government is aware of this issue and will likely designate zones for foreign residents, limiting areas to prevent competition for housing.

“The influx of foreign investment into Thailand will create jobs, increase tax revenue, and other expenses, as well as attract experts in various fields to help develop Thailand further. It will also stimulate cash flow and boost the economy. We expect that once vaccination targets are met and the country can reopen, the real estate and related businesses will gradually recover and return to normal by the end of 2022,” Mr. Atthana said.
In addition to real estate development, this project also includes plans for an organic vegetable farm to create jobs and income for the surrounding community, aligning with the concept that "health is the most valuable asset of people" to enhance physical well-being from the inside out. The produce from this organic farm will be used to prepare meals for guests at the Natai Medical Center & Resort.
It should be noted that Sizzar Group is a leader in investment real estate, developing the Natai Medical Center & Resort, a world-class medical and beauty center paired with a luxurious 6-star resort on a private beach, representing a comprehensive medical center development to meet the current global health care market trends, combined with world-class relaxation that is becoming a new lifestyle for travelers worldwide, covering an area of over 71.92 rai, valued at over 4.6 billion baht. The project is expected to be completed within five years, and the Natai Medical Center & Resort is currently open for partnership investment opportunities for interested parties.
