“Currently, the overall construction of the building is over 60% complete, and we are also working on constructing a Show Unit to simulate the office decoration in a real atmosphere for clients visiting the project. We expect this to be completed by December. In terms of leasing space, we have CBRE as our leasing agent, and several interested clients have reached out to us, and discussions are ongoing,” Mr. Korn said.
