Mr. Wongskorn Prasithwiphat, Managing Director of Property Perfect Public Company Limited revealed that in the final quarter of the year, the company plans to increase sales from high-end projects, seeing opportunities to accelerate marketing towards high-income clients who are less affected by COVID-19. Two new projects will be launched in Q4 targeting this customer segment, including:

“Lake Legend Bangna-Suvarnabhumi” located near Suvarnabhumi Airport, featuring 127 units priced between 28-80 million baht, with a project value of 6.08 billion baht. Additionally, the company will launch the “Penton” home office and 5-story single houses in Sutthisan with a project value of 550 million baht. The home office segment will be launched first, featuring 6 units valued at a total of 300 million baht. Urban home offices remain popular among new-generation entrepreneurs looking for convenient locations for their offices, with the option to allocate upper floors for living and relaxation with gardens and private pools.

Simultaneously, during the high season at the end of the year, marketing efforts will focus on high-end projects in Khao Yai, including “Bella Del Monte” resort-style single houses priced between 23-80 million baht. Over the past 8 months, the project has achieved sales of 400 million baht, with a positive trend continuing. In August alone, the project saw an 85% increase in online inquiries, driven by demand from clients seeking vacation homes or second homes outside the city to accommodate new lifestyles, particularly among Bangkok residents.

Khao Yai remains a prime location for those seeking luxury vacation homes, with this customer segment prioritizing quality products. Additionally, the construction of the Bang Pa-In–Korat expressway has increased the attractiveness of projects in the Khao Yai area. “Bella Del Monte” features Italian-style project designs surrounded by mountains, inspired by the popular Lake Como in Italy, targeting those seeking resort-style homes in a tranquil community, ensuring privacy with a limited number of units.
