Central Pattana Prepares to Open 'Central Ayutthaya' on November 30, 2021
Central Pattana Public Company Limited is moving forward with its expansion plans, preparing to open the 'Central Ayutthaya' shopping center on November 30, 2021. The company is implementing the highest standards of cleanliness and safety measures, ensuring that 100% of customer service staff at both new shopping centers, Central Ayutthaya and Central Sriracha (which will open on October 27, 2021), are fully vaccinated.
Dr. Natthakitt Tangpoolsinthana, Assistant Managing Director of Marketing at Central Pattana Public Company Limited, stated that on November 30, 2021, 'Central Ayutthaya' will officially open as planned. The situation is being assessed, and we are ready to cooperate with the government. The shopping center and retailers are confident in their preparedness with stringent cleanliness and safety measures, including ensuring that all staff are fully vaccinated before opening.

Central Pattana is a leader in creating the 'Safe Shopping Center' model, continuously initiating master plans and providing spaces to support vaccination efforts and various public health activities of the government.
Our project expansion will significantly create Economic & Tourism Impact, such as the Central Ayutthaya project, which supports the recovery of retail, assists local entrepreneurs, creates jobs, and generates income for the community. We also hope it will be one of the first provinces where tourism will quickly recover. Central Ayutthaya will become a destination and a hub for the province, completing the entire tourism ecosystem of Ayutthaya with comprehensive facilities in one place, including a Transportation Hub, Tourist Information, and Cultural Space, making it both a starting point and a destination for tourism, whether for a short trip or an extended stay of two days and one night, and for day and night activities.
Additionally, we adopt the Community at Heart concept by supporting sustainable community products and tourism, promoting Local Wealth to provide income opportunities for people, such as collaborating with local guides and creating The City Wonder Experience by planning to work with the government, which will bring together community members and both small and large entrepreneurs into a single ecosystem to grow sustainably together.

In terms of tenant partner care, we continue to provide comprehensive support, focusing on increasing flexibility for partners to invest confidently with marketing plans and tools on new platforms. Additionally, Central Ayutthaya features new space designs in a Day-to-Night Attractions format, allowing for activities both day and night, along with distinctive architecture and must-visit Instagrammable landmarks throughout the center, providing opportunities for partners to create new business models while emphasizing co-creation with various brands to create a unique experience for Ayutthaya.

With the strength of Central Pattana's extensive network connecting local entrepreneurs and major partners, facilitating Business Matching for entrepreneurs to meet is considered a success in every project we expand.
Central Pattana is preparing plans to stimulate the economy at the local level for both shopping centers that are about to open, starting with promoting Ayutthaya as the first province in the 'Travel Safely to Nearby Provinces' plan if the COVID situation improves by the end of the year. 'Central Ayutthaya' will be a destination that helps complete the entire tourism system of Ayutthaya, creating sustainable income for the community and stimulating the local economy while shining a spotlight on Ayutthaya as a UNESCO World Heritage tourist city that everyone around the world must visit.

To support the reopening of the country and future tourism under the concept of 'Amazing Ayutthaya', elevating the brilliance of the UNESCO World Heritage city for the world to recognize, the mixed-use project will include a shopping center, tourist attractions, hotels, residential areas, and a convention hall that will enhance and elevate the economy and tourism of the city, blending the uniqueness of being a world heritage city, history, food, and local products with modernity, located in a potential area connecting the Transportation Hub to the North and Northeast, along with must-visit Instagrammable landmarks throughout the project.
With eye-catching architecture designed by a Thai architect, who designed Sala Ayutthaya Hotel, under a contemporary Thai atmosphere or Thai Twist, inspired by local elements such as the corner stupa and woven patterns, visitors can experience the charm of Ayutthaya from morning to night with Day-to-Night Attractions, including a morning Thai lifestyle market, a chic night market, and relaxing cafes, allowing everyone to check-in, shop, taste, and chill before starting and ending their Ayutthaya travel trip.
