Recently, Chao Phraya Mahakhan Public Company Limited (CMC), a real estate developer in a prime location, recognized the importance of social and community responsibility. Under the CMC Sharing Work Sharing Love initiative, they supported the Community Isolation center in Phasi Charoen by donating 50 units of 16-inch standing fans to Wat Kamphaeng (Bang Waek). The donation was received by Mr. Natthapong Meephokkit, the district director of Phasi Charoen, to assist patients with mild COVID-19 symptoms who are waiting to be admitted to hospitals. CMC also expressed gratitude and encouragement to medical personnel and those working to overcome the COVID-19 crisis together. Additionally, CMC is ready to assist in coordinating beds for mild COVID-19 patients in the community or nearby areas of Phasi Charoen. Details can be sent to FB: CMC We Care or Line: @cmcwecare.

The Community Isolation center is a facility that provides initial care for mild COVID-19 patients in the community or nearby areas, allowing patients to isolate from their families while waiting to be transferred to field hospitals or main hospitals. This helps reduce the risk of family transmission that could lead to further outbreaks in the community or workplaces. The Wat Kamphaeng (Bang Waek) Community Isolation center in Phasi Charoen, under the supervision of Mitpracha Hospital, can accommodate 100 mild COVID-19 patients.

Furthermore, CMC has encouraged employees, executives, customers, and business partners to participate in giving back and taking responsibility for society and the community. Last year, CMC supported government agencies and non-profit organizations, such as donating funds to the Foundation for the Blind in Thailand under the Royal Patronage to assist the blind during the COVID-19 situation, providing financial support for medical equipment to the Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Medical Center for facial and skull deformities at Chulalongkorn Hospital, Thai Red Cross Society, and donating drinking water, snacks, and face shields to the Rama 8 Bridge Children's Opportunity Center. They also provided assistance to the surrounding community, such as donating supplies to bedridden patients and the underprivileged in the Dao Khanong community.
