SC Asset has achieved new highs in both sales and revenue, driving growth in income and net profit for the first half of the year, with total revenue of 8,726 million Baht and net profit of 937 million Baht. In the second half of the year, the company will aggressively pursue horizontal development and plans to purchase land worth 10,000 million Baht this year to support horizontal development from 2022 to 2024.

Mr. Natthapong Khunakarawong, Chief Executive Officer of SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited (SC), a leader in being a Living Solutions Provider and aiming to become the number one brand in single-family homes, stated that “The success of the first half of the year, which achieved new highs in both total sales and horizontal sales from single-family homes across all price ranges, has resulted in excellent growth in both revenue and net profit, summarized as follows:

  • In the first half of the year, the company had total revenue of 8,726 million Baht, growing by 11%, with operational revenue reaching a new high of 8,715 million Baht, consisting of 95% from sales revenue and 5% from rental income.
  • Sales revenue reached a new high of 6,825 million Baht from horizontal sales, growing by 23%.
  • Net profit was 937 million Baht, growing by 24%.
  • Total sales reached a new high of 11,338 million Baht, growing by 38%, with horizontal sales accounting for 83% and high-rise sales 17%.”

As of June 30, 2021, the company had total assets of 46,827 million Baht and total liabilities of 27,952 million Baht, with a debt-to-equity ratio (D/E) of 1.48. Additionally, under the land purchase budget for the entire year of 10,000 million Baht, the company will primarily acquire land for horizontal project development to support growth in 2022-2024.

The company is confident that this year's performance will meet its targets from 61 projects for sale in the second half of the year, with a total project value of over 43,000 million Baht, consisting of:

  • Continuing projects: 53 projects valued at 31,600 million Baht, including 45 horizontal projects valued at 19,900 million Baht and 8 condominium projects valued at 11,700 million Baht.
  • New projects: 8 projects with a total project value of 11,400 million Baht.

For the new project launches, there will be 7 horizontal projects valued at 8,300 million Baht, including single-family homes and townhomes priced between 3.89-20 million Baht, developed based on the findings of the Post-Covid Home research, catering to the needs of the new generation and responding to new lifestyles after Covid. The highlight is the Lanai Series homes, piloted at the Bangkok Boulevard Don Mueang-Chaeng Watthana project, valued at 1,300 million Baht, with only 103 units priced from 10-20 million Baht, located in a prime area near the Si Rat Expressway (Srisaman Toll Plaza), accessible via multiple routes including Chaeng Watthana Road, Vibhavadi Road, and Srisaman Road, designed to accommodate various activities at home while providing relaxation spaces and supporting a Work from Home lifestyle perfectly.
