Press Release: On August 10, 2021, the Thai Real Estate Agents Association signed a memorandum of understanding with Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon to develop real estate agents through accredited qualifications and to launch the Agent: Sandbox project.

Mr. Parwit Anusiri, President of the Thai Real Estate Agents Association (right), signed the agreement with Dr. Natthaworaphol Ratchasirivacharaboon, Acting President of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (left). The Thai Real Estate Agents Association recognizes the importance of creating income-generating opportunities by focusing on educational institutions that are ready to support students and recent graduates. The association will share its knowledge, and those who complete the training will receive a certificate that allows them to undergo competency assessment for real estate agents, accredited by the Professional Qualification Institute (Public Organization).

The Agent: Sandbox project invites association members and real estate development companies to participate in internships, providing knowledge, developing skills, and creating job opportunities. The goal is to enroll 10,000 participants in the program within three years.

Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon, along with eight other Rajamangala universities nationwide, collaborates with the Thai Real Estate Agents Association to develop a new generation of real estate agents, enabling students to earn income while studying and helping recent graduates enter the real estate profession through the Agent Sandbox project.

The Agent Sandbox project operates under a mentorship system, utilizing a universal sales training system called Sale Force, which consists of three steps: 1. Recruiting 2. Training 3. Supervision, involving three parties: the Thai Real Estate Agents Association, experienced real estate companies or independent agents, and new agents.

The Thai Real Estate Agents Association will provide a Fast Track I training course to educate these individuals for free, lasting no less than six hours, conducted by professionals in the field. Those who complete the training will receive a certificate that allows them to undergo competency assessment for real estate agents, accredited by the Professional Qualification Institute (Public Organization).

Currently, many real estate companies hire students to support online sales by posting properties online. If they have language skills, they can also sell to foreign clients.
