“P2M Wins” helps pay condo reservation fees for customers 

P2M Store has launched a special campaign to assist customers called “P2M Wins”. Mr. Sutathorn Sutthisonthi, CEO of Prop2morrow Co., Ltd., revealed that the “P2M Wins” campaign was created to help alleviate the financial burden on customers who are considering purchasing a home during this time. The third wave of the COVID-19 outbreak has had a widespread and rapid impact, more so than the first wave, particularly on the Thai economy, which is showing signs of significant slowdown, affecting income and increasing household debt, especially among freelancers and contract workers, reducing their ability to repay debts as their income decreases.

 

Therefore, the company has partnered with three major real estate developers to offer completed condos ready for occupancy as part of the free reservation fee campaign. P2M Store (store.prop2morrow.com) will cover the full reservation fee on behalf of customers. Interested customers participating in the “P2M Wins” campaign must transfer ownership of the participating condos first, after which the company will refund the reservation fee to customers within 45 days from the date of ownership transfer.

 

There are a total of six ready-to-move-in condo projects participating in the campaign, including Ideo Ratchada-Sutthisan from Ananda Development Group, located just 450 meters from Sutthisan MRT station. It is a 24-story building with 410 units, currently offering a special promotion with the same price for every floor starting at 2.99 million baht.
