"AssetWise" Inspects Construction Progress of the "KAVE TU" Project

Confidently Ready to Welcome Thammasat University Residents in Q3 2021

Mr. Chet Wiphanpong (3rd from left), Chief Executive Officer of AssetWise Public Company Limited, a property developer designed for living happiness, along with the team, inspected the construction progress of the "KAVE TU" project (KAVE TU) together with Mr. Pongpan Teerajaroongkiat (4th from left), Managing Director of Wisawapat Company Limited, a quality contractor. The project is nearing completion and is ready for customers to transfer ownership and move in within Q3 2021. The project has started to reveal its red building, which integrates the identity of Thammasat University, following the concept of campus condos.


The project stands out in design and functionality, catering to the lifestyles of the new generation, featuring extensive common areas over 5,800 sqm, including a 100-meter Olympic-sized swimming pool. It is expected that the company will recognize revenue according to the set targets soon, at the construction site in Pathum Thani.
