RML, a leader in luxury real estate, has announced the complete sell-out (Sold Out) of The Lofts Silom project at 100%, defying the COVID-19 pandemic. This success follows a series of sales-boosting campaigns initiated by the new management team, which revamped marketing, sales strategies, and rebranding efforts, resulting in over 100 units sold, valued at more than 2 billion baht. The company is now moving forward with new projects, including The Estelle Phrom Phong on Sukhumvit 26 and TAIT Sathorn 12.

Mr. Korn Narongdej, CEO of Raimon Land Public Company Limited (RML), revealed that the company successfully completed sales of the luxury condominium project The Lofts Silom located in the Silom-Sathorn area. They expect to transfer ownership of all units by May 2021, with approximately 95% already transferred out of a total of 268 units, amounting to a project value of 3.5 billion baht.

This achievement represents a significant sales performance amid a highly volatile market during the COVID-19 pandemic. The success is attributed to the company’s rebranding efforts, which enhanced its image to be more accessible and modern, aligning with Raimon Land's new vision to reach a broader target audience, including the younger generation and all demographics with purchasing power in the high-end market.

The company has also emphasized a seamless sales approach across all channels, particularly through online platforms using an O2O (Online to Offline) strategy. This allows both domestic and international customers to view luxury projects online before deciding to visit in person, stimulating demand and facilitating direct customer engagement.

Additionally, the company has planned promotional campaigns, including special pricing promotions since late 2020 under the Miracle 9 campaign, and most recently in February 2021 with the “Final Call Last Units” campaign for The Lofts Silom, which received a positive response, enabling the company to sell over 100 units valued at more than 2 billion baht, despite unfavorable market conditions.

Raimon Land is now set to continue with the The Estelle Phrom Phong, a luxury high-rise condominium in a prime location in Phrom Phong, developed in partnership with TOKYO TATEMONO, a leading company from Japan. This project on Sukhumvit 26 is situated in an exclusive community and offers comprehensive amenities that cater to urban lifestyles, such as 24-hour concierge services, supercar parking, guest rooms, a floating pool inspired by the Dead Sea, an onsen, private dining rooms, meeting rooms, a fitness center, swimming pools, and private elevators for special units, surrounded by world-class lifestyle hubs like The EM District and Thonglor-Ekkamai.

TAIT Sathorn 12 is another luxury high-rise condominium located in a prime area of the Central Business District in Sathorn, designed under the concept ‘Live The Best Of Sathorn Life’, with prices starting at just 8.88 million baht. It features modern design with an iconic slope, double-glazed glass with full-height curtain walls, and insulated glass with an air gap to minimize heat and noise from outside, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy. The project includes a rooftop relaxation garden, a private balcony, and over 2,000 square meters of sky amenities across six floors, including a sky lounge, amphitheater, sky gym, sky dining, sky pavilion, sky pool & jacuzzi, and sky garden units.

“Developing condominiums that meet customer needs involves considering locations with development potential, designing projects with distinctive features, functions, and amenities that cater to real usage needs. This builds customer confidence and trust in the brand. These elements are crucial in project development, which Raimon Land has always prioritized. Additionally, delivering quality projects on time is equally important to ensure that Raimon Land's brand continues to earn the trust of all customer segments with purchasing power sustainably,” Mr. Korn stated.
