Sena Hankyu Hanshin has firmly announced its continued strength with 14 projects over the past 5 years, totaling 40 billion baht, moving forward in the real estate business. They are now preparing to launch their first horizontal project together under the new brand “Sena Vela,” a new concept townhome targeting real demand in the “Theparak - Bang Bo” area, emphasizing unique features by incorporating functional details from the Japanese Geo Fit+ concept to develop products and services that meet the needs of modern living, along with solar roofs that help reduce electricity costs.

Associate Professor Dr. Kesara Thanyalakphak, Managing Director of Sena Development Public Company Limited, spoke about the business partnership with Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp. This year marks the fifth year of collaboration, during which they have developed 14 high-rise projects together, with a total value of up to 40 billion baht. It is acknowledged that between Sena and Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp, we are more than just a joint venture; in 2021, Sena plans its business according to the SENA Strong policy and continues to work with Hankyu Hanshin with a customer-centric approach, creating quality housing for consumers.

Recently, they have expanded their product line to develop their first horizontal project under the brand Sena Vela Theparak – Bang Bo, a new concept townhome project valued at 900 million baht. This project incorporates the Japanese housing development concept known as “Geo Fit+” to adapt to consumer behavior in Thailand, aiming to create higher quality housing. It consists of four key aspects:

1. Geo Fit+ Day focuses on how to develop products that fit real-life usage.

2. Geo Fit+ Eco seeks energy-saving solutions, whether for electricity, fuel, or water.

3. Geo Fit+ Stage designs with the concept of accommodating residents of all groups, genders, and ages.

4. Geo Fit+ Sonae pays attention to every detail related to safety in daily life.

Mr. Prasith Wattananujit, Assistant Managing Director of Construction Support at Sena Development Public Company Limited, provided details about the Sena Vela Theparak – Bang Bo project, stating that it is developed under the brand concept “A Balanced Life with Simple Happiness”. It is a new concept two-story townhome project on over 39 rai of land, consisting of 298 units, with two house designs available: THEE and THEE Plus.

The land sizes start from 20 to 41 square wah, with usable areas ranging from 127 to 140 square meters, featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 multipurpose room, and parking for 2 cars, with prices starting at 2.99 million baht*. Construction is set to begin in December 2020, with project completion expected by 2024.

Sena Vela Theparak – Bang Bo is located in a prime area along a major road, close to employment centers such as Bang Phli Industrial Estate, Bang Pu Industrial Estate, and Welgrow Industrial Estate, surrounded by important facilities including hospitals, educational institutions, shopping centers, leading department stores like Mega Bangna, Market Village Suvarnabhumi, Tesco Lotus City Park, and Big C Bang Phli. In the future, an extension of the electric train from Kheha Samut Prakan to Bang Pu will add 4 more stations, including Bang Pu Station, Srijan Pradit Station, Ancient City Station, and Suwang Kaniwas Station, covering a distance of 7 kilometers.

The project's amenities include a large clubhouse featuring a swimming pool, Kid Zone, juristic person office, fitness center, co-working space, outdoor terrace, central park, playground, and a comprehensive security system with Bluetooth (easy pass) for controlled access, 24-hour security personnel, and CCTV cameras at entrances and main roads within the project. Additionally, Sena will install solar panels in every house, allowing residents to use electricity for free for 25 years, along with after-sales services through the SENA 360 application, which provides convenience and assistance for all residential matters.

Nevertheless, Sena places great importance on and pays attention to the details of every project, based on the concept of Made From Her, delivering the best living experience and quality housing to residents through the brand's products in all forms of living. Particularly in housing projects, Sena is mindful of the current environment, hence the initiative to install solar panels in every house, enabling customers from all income groups to access solar energy that helps reduce electricity costs and contribute to caring for our planet. Furthermore, Sena is genuinely committed to instilling a sense of environmental responsibility in everyone, starting from the family institution, which is a good foundation for society.
