Boutique Corporation Aims to Elevate the Charoenkrung Area with New Lifestyle Shopping Center Project

Bangkok, Thailand, March 9, 2021 – Boutique Corporation Public Company Limited (“Boutique”), a leading real estate developer in Thailand, has announced the launch of its latest project, aimed at becoming a lifestyle shopping center that integrates various usage forms to meet the needs of Charoenkrung residents and visitors. The center will feature carefully selected shops, restaurants, health services, and leading educational facilities, set to open in the second quarter of 2022.

 

This new lifestyle shopping center is located in the heart of the Charoenkrung area, at the intersection of Chan Road and Charoenkrung Road, surrounded by luxury hotels, residential areas, and top international schools in Thailand. The project will consist of a three-story building with a total area of 4,000 square meters, including 2,100 square meters of usable space divided into 18 retail units, which will include restaurants, educational zones, health and wellness areas, and parking for over 34 vehicles to accommodate tenants and visitors. The Charoenkrung project will serve as a new meeting place for locals, hotel guests, parents, and students in the area, catering to diverse needs and lifestyles.

The project is designed in a Minimal Nordic style, featuring light-colored wood cladding arranged in a pattern that reflects the history of Charoenkrung, an important and historic commercial area of Bangkok. The building's design aims to be open, airy, and visually appealing, while also being distinctive and easily recognizable from every street corner.
