SC is ready to launch the special series “Single People’s Homes

Based on the concept ‘One Size Doesn’t Fit All’ for the first time on March 6-7 at The Venue Rama 9

Mr. Nattakit Sirirat, Head of Marketing at SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited (SC), a developer of products across all price ranges and provider of Living Solutions, revealed that “This marks the first launch of two new home series based on the concept ‘One Size Doesn’t Fit All’, namely Single People’s Homes and Same Home, at The Venue Rama 9 on March 6-7, 2021.”

From the study of changing consumer behavior in the New Normal, it was found that the single status group has increased, divided into four main categories:

1.       Double Income No Kid: Couples without children

2.       Single Income No Kid: Truly single individuals who may or may not intend to be single

3.       Single with Kid: Single parents

4.       Cross Generation: Aunts and uncles living together with relatives or children

The first model, ‘Single People’s Home’, has a land area of 51.5 square wah and a usable area of 235 square meters, featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 parking spaces. This design stems from the demand for larger homes that do not require many bedrooms but need space for work, pets, and gardening, allowing for more activities to be done at home.

The ground floor consists of:

•                    A large Living Area that balances indoor and outdoor spaces for friends to gather, featuring a semi-outdoor area beside the house.

•                    A private living room and a downstairs bedroom to accommodate family, along with space for beloved pets.

•                    A foyer with storage space for up to 100 pairs of shoes.

•                    Special features include a double volume ceiling that creates an airy feel up to the second floor, allowing a view down to the living area.

•                    Enhanced quality space with larger bedrooms, each with a private area (Walk-in Closet), and spacious bathrooms.

•                    A cozy reading nook at the Bay Window and green garden space outside the balcony.

The second model, ‘Same Home’, sits on a land area of 57.3 square wah with a usable area of 262 square meters, featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 parking spaces. The concept is to create homes where everyone has their own space that can be adapted for all generations (practical design). The difference lies in the larger usable area, designed to support more home-based living and various activities together, such as a Family Area with a large kitchen to create family moments and a special highlight of Creative Space (mezzanine) to fulfill the residents' imagination.

The Venue Rama 9 is located along the Kanchanaphisek Ring Road and Srinakarin-Romklao Road (New Bangkok-Krit Road), close to leading shopping malls, educational institutions, and medical centers, equipped with complete facilities including a clubhouse, fitness center, kids' club, saltwater swimming pool, and over 1 rai of communal gardens, along with 24-hour security.

Mr. Nattakit stated, “The launch of these two special home series will meet the needs of both single individuals and families seeking a unique lifestyle at The Venue Rama 9. This year, SC will gradually launch horizontal projects across all price ranges, providing homes for everyone with 8 new projects valued at 9 billion baht.”
