LPN Launches Campaign #RentAsMuchAsYouPay

Supporting Thais in Owning Their Own Homes


LPN Development Public Company Limited (LPN) is promoting home ownership among Thais by transforming rental payments into mortgage payments. This initiative aims to make it easier for Thais to own homes at an affordable price through the new campaign “#RentAsMuchAsYouPay”. LPN will assist customers with their mortgage payments through financial institutions for 30 months, starting from 3,200 to 13,000 Baht, depending on the location of the condominiums in the 11 participating projects.

Customers will receive special discounts ranging from 20-40%, free transfer fees, free common area fees for 30 months, and free furniture and air conditioning. The campaign runs from today until March 31, 2021.

On March 13, LPN will officially launch the campaign across all 11 projects, with partner financial institutions providing services on-site along with special interest rates. Customers will also be able to receive preliminary results for their loan applications immediately. Additionally, attendees will have the chance to win electrical appliances as prizes.
