Development Public Company Limited (LPN) announced that the company has established a subsidiary specifically for security services named “LSS Security Solutions Co., Ltd.” (LSS) to provide internationally standardized security services, offering alternative services that differ from traditional security companies by incorporating technology to enhance quality of life and safety in residential areas.

Therefore, we established Lumpini Property Management Co., Ltd. (LPP) to manage projects developed by LPN under the concept of “livable communities,” which has been widely recognized and successfully expanded to over 50 external projects. To further enhance our service capabilities, “LSS Security Solutions Co., Ltd.” was established under LPP,”

 

Mr. Surawut also stated that the security business plays a crucial role for various organizations and holds significant business value.
