"Univenture" Unveils 2021 Plans, Confident in Economic Recovery and New Business Investments
Univenture Public Company Limited (UV) has announced its target revenue from the real estate sector for the fiscal year 2021 (from October 1, 2020, to September 30, 2021) at 4 billion baht, while strengthening its position through new business ventures to support stable and sustainable growth.

Mr. Kampol Poonsoni, the CEO of Univenture Public Company Limited (UV), stated that for the fiscal year 2021, the company aims for revenue from the real estate sector to reach 4 billion baht, expressing confidence in the financial status of the group and the country's economic conditions. He sees opportunities for development and investment in businesses that will generate recurring income for the company.
“Recently, the company has partnered with B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited (BGRIM) through Univenture BGP Co., Ltd. (UVBGP), where the company holds a 55% stake, investing in various energy businesses such as rooftop solar power plants, floating solar power projects, and smart grid initiatives. This joint venture represents an investment opportunity in new business sectors that align with the company's goals of achieving a balanced business portfolio and sustainable growth in the future.
This year, the company continues to seek opportunities and new partners, ready to invest in new potential businesses under its three organizational strategies: creating a balanced investment portfolio, investing in new businesses (ENABLE), developing expertise and increasing business value to generate income (COMMIT), and enhancing operational capabilities to create sustainable value and returns (ACCOMPLISH). Additionally, the company has a financial structure ready to invest in potential businesses, currently studying and implementing measures to achieve balanced investments within the group over the next three years,” Mr. Kampol added.
Furthermore, Mr. Kampol reported on the financial results for Q1 2021 (October 1, 2020 – December 31, 2020), stating that the company had total revenue of 912 million baht and a net profit attributable to the company of 68 million baht.
