"ORI" Sells a Big Lot of 503 Million Shares

Restructures to Boost "Holding" to 25%

           

Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI) has sold a big lot of 503 million shares to the Jarunek family holding company, "Peerada Capital," increasing their stake to 25%. This move aims to clarify shareholding and enhance the management flexibility of the Jarunek family's assets. CEO "Pirapong Jarunek" confirmed that there will be no impact on policies or management authority.

Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI), a comprehensive real estate developer, has sold a big lot of 503 million shares, representing 20.52% of total voting rights, from Mrs. Arda Jarunek, Mr. Pira Jarunek, and Miss Rada Jarunek to Peerada Capital Company Limited, a holding company fully owned by the Jarunek family. This acquisition results in Peerada Capital holding 618 million shares of ORI, accounting for 25.23% of total voting rights.

  

Mr. Pirapong Jarunek, CEO of Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI), stated that this big lot share transaction is a restructuring of shareholding within the Jarunek family to clarify their ownership structure in ORI and enhance the management of family assets. Following this restructuring, Peerada Capital's stake in ORI will increase from 4.71% to 25.23%, while he himself, "Pirapong Jarunek," remains the major shareholder with 28.28% of total voting rights.

  

"This change in shareholding structure is an internal adjustment within the Jarunek family, and I confirm that there will be no impact on the management structure, including policy setting and management authority. There will be no changes to the board of directors or executives," Mr. Pirapong stated.

After the restructuring, Mr. Pirapong Jarunek will hold 28.28% of shares, Peerada Capital will hold 25.23%, and Mrs. Arda Jarunek will hold 6.83%, totaling 60.33% held by the Jarunek family.
