AP Thailand Anticipates a High Transfer Volume of 46,000 Million Baht, Confident in Overcoming New Crisis with Strength

Bangkok (8 Mar. 64)- AP announces its successful navigation through the crisis, aiming to be number 1 in the industry, expecting a total transfer volume for 2023 to reach approximately 46,000 Million Baht, growing over 40% from 2020. It is believed to be the highest transfer volume in the market. At the same time, significant profit growth is anticipated, marking a major achievement driven by 2 key success factors — the internal management plan alongside product portfolio management.

Mr. Witakarn Janthawimon Deputy Managing Director of Corporate Strategy and Innovation at AP Thailand Public Company Limited, stated, “With the readiness of over 2,000 employees in the organization to adapt quickly to the ongoing crisis, along with strong teamwork focused on the goal of EMPOWER LIVING, and tight cash flow management, the company has successfully navigated the crisis, achieving strong growth in performance every quarter. It is expected that in 2023, the company will have a total transfer volume of nearly 46,000 Million Baht, exceeding the initial target of 40,550 Million Baht, or over 40% growth from 2020, and it is likely to be the highest transfer volume in the market. The overall profit for the year is also expected to grow significantly, all stemming from the successful delivery of both horizontal and condominium products, marking a major achievement for the company and the highest since its establishment. We are confident that AP Thailand will be able to aim for being number 1 in the Thai real estate industry.”

Additionally, another key success factor, aside from having a strong team, is the internal management plan that runs alongside product portfolio management, which has led to continuous positive customer responses. In the past year, besides the success in selling and transferring ownership of horizontal business products, the company also received very positive feedback from the transfer of condominium products, with key projects including LIFE Ladprao, LIFE Asoke-Rama 9, LIFE Wan Wireless, and Aspire Asoke-Ratchada. In 2023, the company launched a total of 40 new projects, with a total value of 45,020 Million Baht, including 18 single-family home projects valued at 20,860 Million Baht, 18 townhouse projects valued at 18,530 Million Baht, and 3 projects in provincial areas valued at 2,430 Million Baht, along with 1 condominium project valued at 3,200 Million Baht.

The company continues to execute its business plan with caution while being ready to adapt quickly, managing cash flow under the organization's overarching mission of “EMPOWER LIVING”, which aims to fulfill every life goal with valuable and meaningful products and services.
