Noble Development Public Company Limited (“the Company”) celebrates its 30th anniversary, continuing its relentless journey as a leader in real estate development in Thailand. The company reaffirms its philosophy of 'be different, be noble,' which has been part of its DNA for the past 30 years, aiming to make tomorrow better. The company is set to launch 11 new projects in 2021, with a total project value reaching a record high of over 45.1 billion baht.

Mr. Thongchai Busarakham, Chairman and Co-CEO of Noble Development Public Company Limited, revealed that in celebration of Noble's 30th anniversary, the company has created a special advertising campaign to emphasize the concept of 'daring to be different.' The main content of this advertisement features Kathrine Switzer, the first female marathon runner who dared to change the history of marathon running and has inspired female runners worldwide.

In 2021, the 11 new projects are valued at 45.1 billion baht, the highest ever recorded. The company targets total revenue of 11 billion baht for 2021, a 10% increase from this year's target of 10 billion baht, and aims for pre-sales of 16 billion baht, a 146% increase from this year's target of 6.5 billion baht.

1) Noble Form Thonglor - High Rise condominium project valued at 5.4 billion baht, set to launch in Q1 2021.
2) Nue Noble Centre Bangna - Low Rise condominium project valued at 700 million baht, set to launch in Q1 2021.
3) The Embassy at Wireless - Joint venture with Hongkong Land, High Rise condominium project valued at 10.7 billion baht, set to launch in Q2 2021.
4) Nue Condo @ Donmuang - Low Rise condominium project valued at 1.9 billion baht, set to launch in Q2 2021.
5) Nue Townhouse @ Donmuang - Townhouse project valued at 1.3 billion baht, set to launch in Q3 2021.
6) Nue Evo Ari - High Rise condominium project valued at 3 billion baht, set to launch in Q4 2021.
7) Ekkamai - Ram Intra Townhouses - Project valued at 3.7 billion baht, set to launch in Q4 2021, a joint venture with U City Public Company Limited, part of BTS Group Holdings Public Company Limited.
8) Ekkamai - Ram Intra vacant land - Project valued at 1.3 billion baht, set to launch in Q4 2021, a joint venture with U City Public Company Limited.
9) Suksawat twin houses and townhouses - Project valued at 1.2 billion baht, set to launch in Q4 2021, a joint venture with U City Public Company Limited.
10) Khu Khot Low Rise condominium - Project valued at 10 billion baht, set to launch in Q4 2021, a joint venture with U City Public Company Limited.
11) Rama 9 High Rise condominium - Project valued at 5.9 billion baht, set to launch in Q4 2021, a joint venture with U City Public Company Limited.

The company has also established a joint venture with BTS Group Holdings Public Company Limited and Sahapattana Inter-Holding Public Company Limited to invest in land around the Thana City Bangna project, with shareholding of NOBLE 40%, SPI 41%, and BTS 19%, with a registered capital of 1 billion baht. Each project will have a 50:50 shareholding to develop residential real estate projects including high-rise and low-rise condominiums, twin houses, and townhomes on Suk Sawat Road, Rat Burana Road, Khu Khot Road, and Rama 9 Road, totaling 4 projects valued at over 23 billion baht. This follows the successful joint venture in the first project on Ratchada-Ladprao Road, valued at approximately 2 billion baht, which currently has sales exceeding 50%. All 4 new projects are located near various BTS and MRT stations, including Khu Khot Station (Green Line), Rat Burana Station, and Pracha Uthit Station (Purple Line), as well as Rama 9 MRT Station.

Additionally, the company plans to expand and enhance its customer base, targeting high-income customers, with the current customer base comprising 60% domestic and 40% international clients. Despite a slowdown in purchases due to the COVID-19 situation, the company still holds a 37% market share of total sales in the international customer segment within the condominium market in Bangkok and its vicinity during the first nine months of 2020.

In addition to preparing to launch the 11 new projects, 2021 marks a significant step for Noble in reinforcing its commitment to creating differentiation and is expected to be a year of continuous business growth through collaboration with leading partners with expertise in the real estate sector. Therefore, the company is confident of receiving a positive response from both domestic and international customers and achieving its sales targets from the new project launches in 2021.
