"Dream Journey Home" CSR Mission

Passing on Great Giving – Sharing Remaining Time for Society

Sharing work time, dividing management time to give back to society, the Dream Journey Home Foundation by Sena Development Public Company Limited organized a major event donating 70 million baht to Ramathibodi Hospital to create ICU rooms and sterile rooms for COVID-19 patients, as well as to Thammasat University Hospital, and signed to support the Dream Journey Home project, donating every baht of profit to 4 state hospitals.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kasara Thanyalakphak, Managing Director of Sena Development Public Company Limited, shared about the Dream Journey Home project that began in 2004 with the development of the first Dream Journey Home project in Lam Luk Ka, Khlong 2, consisting of 254 townhome and home office units. Upon completion in 2007, the company donated over 40 million baht of profits to Siriraj Hospital, where Dr. Theerawat Thanyalakphak, CEO of Sena Development, was receiving treatment. This became the starting point for the concept of "sharing remaining time for society."

Shortly after, the second project was launched, developing Dream Journey Home in Lam Luk Ka, Khlong 4, which included townhouses, duplex homes, and home offices totaling 184 units. This time, the entire profit of 40 million baht was donated to the Police Hospital to establish a kidney disease center. The third Dream Journey Home project developed into a 5-story condominium with 4 buildings in Khlong Luang, completed in 2014, with all profits of 40 million baht donated to Ramathibodi Hospital to support the treatment of congenital heart disease patients, along with the purchase of an ambulance.

Most recently, in 2020, the company developed the "Dream Journey Home 4" project in the Phetkasem-Bang Khae area, a low-rise condominium with two types of rooms: 1-bedroom units of 30 square meters and 1-bedroom units of 35 square meters, totaling 196 units, with prices starting at 1.44 million baht. The project is completed and ready for transfer, with 20% still available for sale. To continue and sustainably give back to society, the Dream Journey Home Foundation by Sena Development Public Company Limited has organized a signing ceremony to support the Dream Journey Home 5 project with 4 hospitals, including 1. Chulalongkorn Hospital, Thai Red Cross Society 2. Vajira Hospital 3. Siriraj Hospital 4. Songklanagarind Hospital. The Dream Journey Home 5 project is currently underway and is expected to be completed by the end of 2021 or early 2022.

Above all, the success of all previous Dream Journey Home projects would not have been possible without the support from partners in various sectors, such as financial institutions, companies, and stores that have contributed to the success of the Dream Journey Home project.
